David Brady
Owner & CEO
David is a 3rd generation native of Las Vegas. His grandparents moved to Las Vegas in 1937. The Brady Family now has its 4th generation growing up here in Las Vegas. From a young age David has spent time working in the different family businesses establishing himself as a business leader and negotiator.
David is a father of 4 and has been married to his wife Deana for 20 years. He has strong ties in the LDS community.
Heather Greenhalgh
Broker
Heather Greenhalgh has been in Real Estate and property management since 2011, specializing in investors large and small. As Broker she manages a staff of 15 based in two states, managing over 1200 single family homes and condos. She works closely with investors on the best time to buy and sell their investment property to maximize their portfolio. Originally from California Heather graduated from California Lutheran University with a degree in Business Economics and has been in Management for 25 years. She moved to Las Vegas in 2004 and joined Brady Realty group in 2011. She is a mom of three wonder boys and step mom to two amazing kids. In her spare time, you will find Heather either working in her garden, running marathons, reading the latest self-help book or spending time with her amazing partner Steve. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Jo Ann Munz
Broker Sales-Person / Leasing Agent
After being kicked out of Wisconsin for being a Minnesota Vikings fan, Jo Ann Munz relocated to Las Vegas in the early 90’s where she worked in the hospitality and beauty industry until eventually settling on a career in real estate in 2007; joining Brady Realty Group in 2011. She has a tsunami sized zest for life and a weakness for elderly shelter animals in distress foster ailing on four cats and two dogs. With too many hobbies and interests to mention, on any given day she can start out baking cookies, play a quick pickle ball match, head off to a photo shoot, interview a local celebrity and finish the day jumping out of a plane. If life is a box of chocolates, who knows what flavor she’d be, but it sure wouldn’t be dull!
Rebecca Romero
Realtor/Property Manager
Rebecca is originally from New Mexico, however living in La Vida Las Vegas since she was 5, considering herself a native to Sin City. She has a fun and exhilarating outlook on life, having jumped off the Stratosphere Sky Jump over 30 times!! Rebecca previously worked in Retail and customer service for over 10 years in a variety of Casinos and Strip, before joining Brady Realty Group in 2015. She started as a receptionist and progressed within our company and is now a Realtor and Property Manager. When she’s not in “Brady Lady” mode, she spends her time relaxing poolside with her husband, son and 2 ankle biters just waiting for what the wind brings in and is knows to toast to a fun time with friends as often as possible.
Michael Welch
Realtor/Property Manager
Michael is retired Air Force and proudly served our country for 20 years. With his wife Emilia he has two children, 4 step-children, 12 grandkids and one great granddaughter. Michael loves spending time on his motorcycle or cheering on the best football team in the country, San Fransico 49’s. After spending 10 years in the hospitality business working in management, Michael joined the Brady Team in 2013 as a property manager. He has spent the last 10 years working with owners and tenants, managing 400 plus units.
Nicole Moises
Realtor/Property Manager
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I discovered my passion for property management early on through both residential and commercial management. After meeting my husband, Jeff, we relocated to Las Vegas in 2000 to begin a new chapter. I returned to residential property management while also starting a family. Now that our kids are older, we enjoy family time exploring new restaurants, having movie nights, target shooting in the desert, and traveling together. My son is currently a junior at UNLV in Business, and my daughter has just begun her freshman year at CSN, pursuing a degree in Radiology.
Eric Mendoza
Field Manager
Eric was born and raised in San Francisco. At the age of 18, he started a new chapter in life by moving to Las Vegas. Working in customer service for 20 years, he’s been a proud and dedicated member of Brady Realty Group for 10 years.
When he’s not working, he spends time with his fiancée, being a foodie, exploring the great outdoors, traveling (including road trips), having fun with his 2 dogs, attending concerts/comedy shows, and watching the San Francisco 49ers/Golden State Warriors games.
Shoalin Charley
Receptionist
Shoalin Charley was raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. With 5 years of experience in the property management industry, she joined Brady Realty Company in 2024. A blend of creativity and adrenaline drives her, thriving on both action and artistry. From playing hockey with her brother and ice skating at City National Arena to sketching fashion designs, DJing, and filming vlogs, Shoalin is always exploring new ways to express herself. She and her family share a love for motocross, fishing, traveling, shopping, and movie nights, making every moment an adventure. Whether creating new ideas for vlogs or hitting the ice, Shoalin brings passion and energy into everything she does.
Karla Patino
Repair Coordinator
As a mom of 3 beautiful teenage girls and a pre-teen son and a crazy goldendoodle, life can get pretty busy on a daily basis.
I have lived in Las Vegas Valley since I was 5 years old and this is just home, the beautiful valley of Sin City. We are an active family, from camping, to going hiking and exploring new sites and making the most fun of new adventures.
I have been in Customer Service for over 10 years and it has been a great experience being in this work force. I started with the Brady Team in 2017 and have been very pleased working with such amazing coworkers which have been like family.
Shianne Taylor

I’m a family-loving, nature-appreciating adventurer who finds joy in the simple things—whether it’s spending quality time with my two beautiful daughters and puppy, exploring new destinations, or soaking in the beauty of the rain. Originally from Seattle, I moved to Las Vegas in 2014 but still carry a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. The beach is our happy place, and animals hold a special place in my heart. Life is all about making memories, embracing the moment, and finding beauty in every season.
Feodor Keft
Field Agent
I was born in Biloxi Mississippi but raised in Las Vegas. I have previously worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years. My greatest interests are world history, geography, hiking and archery. Apart from speaking English I am fluent in French, and conversational in Spanish and Russian. I am currently looking into obtaining my home inspector certification.
